We have recently completed the design and manufacture of a tailor-made hook-lift container for a client in Switzerland. It is designed to serve as the base for installing their own pipe rehabilitation equipment.
A project developed from scratch
The client required a fully tailored structure to suit their working methods and allow them to integrate their own rehabilitation equipment. The JBP team worked closely with the client to design a bespoke solution based on their requirements, optimising the interior layout and overall functionality of the facility.
The result is a robust, practical container designed to withstand the rigours of day-to-day work in the field.
Key features
The project included, amongst other things, the following features:
– Custom dimensions and internal layout
– Structural galvanised steel frame
– Insulated sandwich-panel construction
– Reinforced floor with aluminium chequer plate
– Stainless-steel rear frame with double doors
– Elevating rear hatch to extend the working area
– Separate internal compartments
– Ventilation and dedicated access for the generator
