JBP strengthens its presence in Asia
JBP successfully took part in Trenchless Asia 2026, an event which, for the first time in its history, was held in Bangkok (Thailand). As a Platinum Sponsor and Training Partner of the event, JBP played a prominent role in the trade exhibition and technical programme. This reaffirmed its commitment to developing trenchless technologies in South-East Asia.
During the two-day event, our team welcomed a large number of visitors to our stand. There, we showcased the latest additions to our range of solutions and shared experiences with industry professionals. We also discussed pipe rehabilitation projects that will help to shape the future of the region.
Applied Trenchless Training Workshop
JBP organised a new edition of the Applied Trenchless Training Workshop alongside the trade fair. This technical forum saw industry experts share their experience, case studies and knowledge of the latest trenchless rehabilitation technologies.
The workshop generated a great deal of interest among attendees, establishing itself as a place to exchange experiences and receive specialised training within the industry.
Driving the development of trenchless technologies in South-East Asia
JBP has many years of experience working in the South-East Asian market with contractors, utility companies and infrastructure managers, providing them with advanced technologies, technical support and specialist training.
Among the solutions showcased at Trenchless Asia, the BKP Berolina-Liner systems also stood out, having been used successfully in numerous pipe rehabilitation projects across the region.
Furthermore, JBP’s BKP sleeves are SPAN-certified for use in sewer network rehabilitation projects in Malaysia. This certified technology is currently being used in one such project in the country, which reflects the confidence that operators and contractors have in JBP’s solutions.
Official launch of the NordiLiner
One of the highlights of the event was the official announcement of NordiTube as JBP’s new strategic partner.
Visitors were able to see NORDILINER for themselves – an innovative rehabilitation system for drinking water pipes and pressurised pipelines that requires no resin, impregnation or curing, and which has recently been added to JBP’s range of solutions.
During the trade fair, we also announced a significant achievement for our company: the award of SPAN certification for the NORDILINER system in Malaysia. This certification allows the technology to be used in drinking water network refurbishment projects, ensuring compliance with the stringent requirements set for this type of infrastructure.
